Care for where you are.
You don't have to know what comes next to know you need something now.
Whether you need conversation, reflection, rest, healing, spiritual connection or compassionate support through one of life's significant transitions, Meanwhile Way offers care that begins with where you are, not where you think you should be.

A supportive, collaborative space to explore whatever life is asking of you right now. Whether you're navigating change, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, working toward a personal goal, wanting to improve your wellbeing, or simply sensing that something in your life needs attention, coaching gives you space to slow down and look more closely at what is happening.
Through reflective conversation, thoughtful questioning, values exploration, strengths-based practices, goal setting, mindfulness, and practical tools for wellbeing and change, we work together to deepen self-awareness, explore possibilities, and identify meaningful steps forward.
Coaching isn't about someone else telling you what to do. It's about creating the space and support to hear yourself more clearly, reconnect with what matters, and make choices that feel intentional and true to your life.

You can book your first coaching session directly, or book a complimentary 20-minute Connection Call if you would like to meet first.
Coaching can be a single session or an ongoing conversation, depending on what you need. Additional ways to work together, including multi-session options, will be introduced as Meanwhile Way continues to unfold.

A gentle space to explore meaning, purpose, inner connection, and the deeper questions that can arise throughout life. Whether you're feeling spiritually disconnected, questioning long-held beliefs, seeking a deeper relationship with yourself, or moving through a period of profound inner change, this work honours your own beliefs and understanding of spirituality.
Through reflective conversation, guided meditation and visualization, mindfulness, journaling, ritual, time in nature, and other contemplative practices, we explore what helps you reconnect with yourself, your inner wisdom, and what feels meaningful or sacred to you.

Created especially for women who have gradually disappeared inside their own lives, the Meanwhile Way Method™ is a guided process for creating space to reconnect with yourself while life continues around you.
Through six interconnected practices: Pause • Witness • Grieve • Emerge • Reclaim • Embody, the Method offers space to explore what has shaped you, what you have carried, what may have been lost or become quiet, what no longer fits, and what is beginning to emerge.
Drawing from coaching, reflective and contemplative practices, whole-person wellbeing, grief and transition work, and restorative approaches, the Method isn't about fixing yourself or becoming someone entirely new. It's about listening more deeply, rediscovering what matters, and beginning to consciously inhabit your own life.
The Meanwhile Way Method™ is being developed for both individual and small-group experiences, offering women the choice of deeply personal one-to-one work or the connection and shared wisdom that can emerge when women gather together.
There is no need to wait for life to settle down before making space for yourself. The work can begin meanwhile.
